Under the general supervision of the designated Functional Unit, the Facilitator will:
The senior facilitator will be present in the assigned camp on a regular basis to:
•In close consultation with ORGANIZATION, facilitate coordination of service provision and other defined camp activities.
•Support the affected camp population’s mobilization and participation in the camp governance system
•Monitor service provision in all actors of the camp according to agreed upon guidelines, standards and indicators.
•Collect information on provided assistance and apparent gaps for ORGANIZATION’s further analytical use
•Build good relationships with all actors present in the camp to facilitate networking and information gathering that could enhance the humanitarian assistance provided
•Facilitate joint assessments, needs analysis and identification of gaps though providing gathered information
•Coordinate and guide a teams of actors in the camp
•On a day to day basis, facilitators will report to their ORGANIZATION focal points
•Facilitators will prepare analytical report on the information gathered in accordance with the established weekly work plans

•University degree in a field related to the scope of work.
•Fluency in Arabic, and preferably good knowledge of written and oral English.
• At least five to ten years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in project/programme management and monitoring. Experience in collecting and compiling quantitative and qualitative data is an asset.

•Experience working in a humanitarian context is an asset (UN or NGO programmes/projects)
•Fluency in Arabic, and preferably good knowledge of written and oral English.
