Responsibilities
-Implement & Document Quality Management System in accordance with the adopted certificates.
-Ensure the compliance of company's Quality Management System With the adopted certificates and report any issues need addressing.
-Oversee the document control process.
-Carrying out root cause analysis for any raised nonconformity.
-Ensure that Quality Management System remains effective and continually improved on an ongoing basis.
-Examine and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the company's Quality --Management System and identifying how well risks are managed including whether the right processes are in place and whether agreed procedures are being adhered to.
-Under takes internal customer satisfaction assessments upon assignment.
-Undertakes HSE committee responsibilities as a member of the committee.
