Responsibilities
1. Delivers high quality massage that consistently meets and exceeds the member and guest expectations.
2. Handle all member and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
3. resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with the health club services.
4. Ability to develop and execute relaxing and guest experience plans that consistently meets and exceeds the member and guest health and wellness goals.
5. Assist in the continuing effort to maintain the high quality of service by cleaning equipments and the massage room as scheduled by the SPA manager.
6. Complete all massage billing in accordance with Four Seasons accounting procedures and SPA department processes.
7. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Empact
8. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Qualifications
College Degree – minimum of 2 year college
National Certification in Physiotherapy.
National Certification in Physiotherapy.
