Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assess psychosocial needs of natural and man-made disaster affected children of communities.
2. Design post-emergency psycho-social support assessment forms for children based on local context, culture, custom and related consideration and implement this program in SOS CFS & Care Centers.
3. Follow up the traumatized children's psychological well being through repeated sessions in the SOS CFS & Care Centers.
4. Coordinate the activities and the program's work plan with the Center Director, implementing partner specialist and Volunteer.
5. Support the training and supervision of SOS SOS CFS & Care Centers volunteers.
6. Document cases diagnosed / treated and report on a regularly agreed basis to the Care Center Director and the Child Protection Officer.
7. Participation in relevant Meetings and training on both national and regional level where applicable.
8. Inter-agency meetings (in direct connection to the program activities in the assigned location)

Qualifications
Qualification Requirements:
Education & Skills:
1.University Degree in psychology and sociology (MA is an asset).
2. Training in relevant fields


Work experience:
1.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with local communities and NGOs
2.Computer skills (MS office and People Soft applications).
Languages:
Fluency in English and working knowledge of another relevant specialized terms and local language.
Desirable qualifications and competencies:
1.Good analytical and reporting skills
2.Ability to work under pressure and difficult circumstances
3.Ability to reach post- traumatized population in a comprehensive way.
4. Creative in renewing the working methods concerning CFS .
