Support day to day operations and reporting of ADAP Network, and other adolescents development support programs as needed.
• Perform management level functions in planning, implementing and monitoring program objectives and requirements.
• Provide analyses of program outcomes, performance, and improvement recommendations; support team in interpretation and aggregation of data to support program development and reporting.
. Ensure accurate reports and documentation that comply with SOS Polices. •
• Coordinate the collection of survey information and perform research for annual community needs assessment; assimilate community needs assessment data into reporting formats;
• Work collaboratively to implement key strategic initiatives to benefit adolescents and families in SOS programs, such as educational enhancements, civic engagement.

Empowering adolescents and create enabling environment for their equal opportunity participation in decision making process and public debates on issues affecting their life and well being
Support, with adolescent participation and in promoting adolescent leadership, the creation of enabling and protective environment contributing to social inclusion and realization of adolescents’ rights.
Ensure that programs work towards ensuring the safety and protection of adolescent girls and boys with focus on continuous reforms in, social and legal framework focusing on violence prevention and adolescent empowerments through development of life skills and creating opportunities for social and civic engagement
supports programs focused at maximizing the health and wellbeing of adolescent girls and boys with focus on increased awareness on health, hygiene, evidence-based interventions to promote healthy lifestyles.

• Speaking at least two languages: English and Arabic
• University degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Economics, or relevant fields
• At least Two years of experience with adolescents.
• Professional experience in NGOs is a plus
