Responsibilities
Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and sickness
Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
Performance management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
Learning and development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams
Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits
Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and processes
Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues
Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
Crafting of business and people solutions
Managing HR budgets

In 1981 Mallouk Group started working in motorcycle semi factory business for Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki motorcycles spare parts.
In 1991 Mallouk Group started to import all kinds of vehicles, from the Chinese cars industrial production. Selling, servicing and focusing on all size of vehicles for over 20 years, and considered from the first companies that imported the Chinese vehicles to the Middle East.

In 2009 Mallouk Group has honored by the unique and special visit of the Chairman Mr. Li Shufu and the CEO Mr. An Conghui from GEELY Holding Group for the biggest opening and placed the first foundation stone of the biggest manufacturing plants total areas of 40,000 m2; in the industrial city in Hsia-Syria.

With the sales achievements and leading market of buses and city bus, Mallouk Group decided to add a culture service to the service sector;
Shamna City Bus for internal transportation: the first branch in that field and the first investor in Damascus, investing local transportation line starting by (Damascus line, Harasta and Doma), second line (Damascus and Qudsaiya).
Social Responsibility;
Mallouk Group had the honor to corporate with SHABAB which aims to boost entrepreneurship amongst young Syrians, encourage them to enter the business world and equip them with the key skills needed in order to succeed as productive individuals in society. SHABAB runs four programs aimed at this age range: Business Awareness Programs, Know About Business, Business Experience and Business Clinic.
