Responsibilities
Receive and register the beneficiaries' needs.
Collecting feedback from beneficiaries on assigned products
Implement criteria to raw data and finalize crosschecked and scored beneficiary lists
Manage the activities related to the program in the different target communities, including regular visits to observe progress of program
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the program to determine more areas for improvement and best practices
Manage the monthly planning as per set targets (monthly, quarterly, annually) and deadlines by the Program/Project Plan of Action
Maintain database/archive/records of reports and project documents
Adhere to reporting guidelines for field trips, trainings etc.
Ensure that protection, the environment, and other important cross- cutting concerns are taken into account in program design, implementation, and reporting; ensure that activities reflect the needs of specific groups and individuals e.g. elderly people, children, and people with disabilities
Undertake regular field monitoring visits and household level verification of beneficiaries

Qualifications
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Education degree: Bachelor Degree
Field of education: Bachelor degree in Social Science, Business Management/Administration or any degree with relevant work experience
