Responsibilities
Develop the working plan in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Registering beneficiaries for participating with different types of vocational training.
Follow up the work progress in the provided vocational training.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners with goal of creating placement opportunities for program participants.
Collaborate with the colleagues of the other projects to organize the courses;
Develop appropriate, measurable vocational goals and objectives.
Provide effective guidance and technical assistance to staff,
Develops short and long-range plans consistent with project goals,
Plans effective instructional strategies for adapting or developing plans to meet the needs of individual, and strategies to implement and prioritize objectives.
Maintain database/archive/records and project documents.
Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports

Qualifications
Education degree: Bachelor Degree
Field of education: business administration, sociology-economics, humanitarian affairs, social science or equivalent

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Excellent command of Arabic & English languages both spoken and written
Excellent communication and team skills
Good analytical and writing skills
Knowledge of computer skills(word document & excel)
