Responsibilities
Providing administrative assistance in general project implementation, management, and day today liaison with counterparts.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Project Coordinator, including drafting correspondence, taking of minutes.
Carries out his/her functions under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator.
Be responsible for day today project correspondence, information sharing and filing ensuring that appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
Assist in preparing evaluation reports, annual project reports, and updates projects files. Prepare minutes of project meetings.
Liaise with project counterparts on day today implementation of project activities.
Perform other duties as determined by the Project Coordinator.


Qualifications
University degree in social science, public or business administration or other related area.
2 years of relevant work experience
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet) is essential.
