• Monitor the field work at all sites by conducting regular visits, which include checking (work flow, data, registers, prescription etc.), and provide monitoring report.
• Participate in creating new mechanism to improve the quality of work
• Participate in prepare reports and analyze reports data accordingly
• Conduct spot check for pharmaceutical at warehouse as well as preparing related reports.
• Collect, prepare and plan all pharmaceutical clinic requests for all IMC and sub-agreement pharmacies.
• Assist in Makes purchase requests for health program needs.
• Prepares GIOs for the field sites, besides, insure archiving and compatibility /matches with waybills at the clinics.
• Assists in admin prepare work translation etc.
• Assists Health Department to ensure adhesion to IMC policies and procedures and to ensure personal and environmental hygiene at the health field sites level.
• Follow up pharmaceutical patient referrals, coordinate with IMC contracted pharmacies by sending them patient’s referrals which has been referred from IMC static and mobile clinics and approved from MD, and ensure requested service accomplishments.
• Compliance & Ethics: Promotes and encourages a culture of compliance and ethics throughout International Medical Corps. As applicable to the position, maintains a clear understanding of International Medical Corps’ and donor compliance and ethics standards and adheres to those standards. Conducts work with the highest level of integrity. Communicates these values to staff and to partners and requires them to adhere to these values.

• At least 5 years of university degree, pharmaceutical field or health domain
• Experience or able to show ability for proper time management, organization, proper documentation, and administrative skills.
• Shows understanding for the humanitarian international organization scope of work.
• Field experience in health domain is highly preferable.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and web browsers.
• Experience or able to show ability for proper time management, organization, proper documentation, and administrative skills.
• Shows understanding for the humanitarian international organization scope of work.
• Field experience in health domain is highly preferable.
