A- Financial Tasks:
1- Make sure that all transactions are carried out and recorded in accordance with standard financial procedures;
2- Ensure that all financial records are properly kept; check the month and cashbooks; and ensure that all book-keeping and coding is accurate; carry out reconciliations;
3- Ensure that accounts are received in head office at the end of each month or as requested;
4- Process staff working advance, loans and salary advances;
5- Carry out a cash count every week;
6- Assist in preparation of financial reports to donors;
7- Assist in the preparation and review of budgets;
8- Provide support to the office in all other financial matters, as required;
9- Prepare monthly payroll table;
10- Double Check and verify documentation related to the voucher process and prepare payment table in compliance with supporting documents and rules/guidelines of the organization
11- Make sure all Archiving of financial documentation is kept/implemented according to TdH Standards

B- Administration:
1- Maintain proper physical and computer files to enable retrieval of information
2- Manage the purchase, use and repair of office equipment;
C- Other:
1- Undertake any other duties that may be requested by his/her supervisor
