Responsibilities
- Supervises and monitors the implementation of all I&H activities (Shelter, WASH, school rehabilitation, etc,..) during all projects phases (Assessment, tendering, execution and handing over)
- Prepares the Bill of Quantities (B.o.Q), specification & drawings, Invoices and all related documents for the assessed/ongoing projects in coordination with the field responsible.
- Supervises and monitors the engineering and technical tasks of the field assisstants (as built & shop drawing, quality, quantity, collecting and checking the daily reports, photos)
- Executes site visits for the site locations on daily basis when needed.
- Follows up with the contractors and monitors the execution progress.
- Manages operational Staff (field assistants) and ensures constant monitoring of her/his team.
- Represents PUI for the project, attends the coordination meetings related to his field of work and ensures the smooth coordination with official entities and partners.
- Provides the internal and external reporting of the project by providing daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the field responsible on activities.

Qualifications
- Good in English.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and Office programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sites supervision.
- Good knowledge in building materials, technical specification, and local market.
- Ability to prepare well-organized reports supported with technical photos from the site.
- Bachelor/ License Degree : Civil engineer / Architect
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and Office programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sites supervision.
- Good knowledge in building materials, technical specification, and local market.

- Proven ability to deal with multiple tasks in a courteous and service-oriented manner in a demanding working condition that often has short deadlines.
- Resident of Homs governorate.
- Managing priorities, time and deadline.
- Well organized.
- Previous experience with INGO or UN agencies.

About us
Premiere Urgence Internationale (PUI) is a French non-governmental, not profit organization working in the field of international aid. PUI has been present in Syria since 2008, our mission was to provide humanitarian aids to the Iraqi refugees. In 2013, PUI signed an MOU with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent that allowed our organization to broaden its intervention in Syria to include the crisis-affected population. PUI approaches different needs with different programs such as: Education and vocational training programs, NFI distributions, rehabilitation of Collective Shelters and water trucking supply.
