Responsibilities
1. -Apply functional discipline for the employees.
2. -Apply labor and insurance law
3. -Executes quality procedure which Includes Employee Relation's issues
4. -Prepares employee Benefits and salaries and reviews it to Human Resources manager.
5. -Supervises the medical Insurance
6. -Coordinates the Hourly- daily vacations
7. -Watches the employees work-hours (Entrance and Leaving Time).

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - HR Field -
MBA is an advantage.
Very Good English Language.
High Knowledge in MS Office Program.
