•Uses career sites like Monster and Career Builder to locate qualified prospective employees.
•Reads and sort's cover letters and resumes.
•Writes up and posts job descriptions for career websites.
•Contacts prospective employees.
•Schedules interviews.
•Creates list of interview questions based on the position and the company requirements.
•Conducts phone or face-to-face interviews with individuals to assess their qualifications and fit for a company.
•Assists in hiring team of company recruiters or HR personnel.
•Organizes reports of interviews and hires.
•Works with HR department to negotiate salary and benefits and draw up contracts.
•Schedules final interviews with upper level administrators.
•Notifies employees who have been hired.
•Meets with clients to discuss and promote recruiting services.
•Attends job fairs to recruit personnel.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - HR Field -
MBA is an advantage.
Very Good English Language.
High Knowledge in MS Office Program.
Ability to work under pressure.
