• Oversee and supervise a group of 4 supervisors and 20 enumerators, divided into 4 teams.
• Assist in training field researchers.
• Provide inputs into the development, piloting and finalisation of the survey tools.
• Coordinate the translation of all survey materials into Arabic.
• Design a field work plan and provide ongoing supervision of the field work.
• Facilitate the entry and the introduction of the survey teams to the different communities.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of the survey data collected by the field research team.
• Lead on writing the draft survey report, with inputs from the central and country teams.

• The applicant must have a Master or University degree in Economics, Sociology or related field.
• At least 3 years of related experience in survey design, implementation and coordination.
• Strong experience in conducting household surveys, and with mobile data collection an asset.
• Good interpersonal skills, and the experience in managing teams of researchers is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and good knowledge of Salamieh District
• Male applicants should have finished their military service, exempted or postponed for at least one year.
• At least 3 years of related experience in survey design, implementation and coordination.
