Responsibilities
 Assists the IT Helpdesk responsible in users support
 Perform technical support to all users (information, troubleshooting, remote assistance, installation, etc).
 Follow up the IT Inventory.
• Install and maintain the computer platform.
• Support all ICT technicians.

Qualifications
• Requiring professional diploma or university degree (IT or Telecommunication)
• 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar field
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of telecommunication systems is an asset (HF & VHF radio, PABX)

Salary and Benefits
Working base: Damascus
Contract duration: 6 months

The ICRC also visits people detained and helps them to stay in contact with their families. This service is also provided to families separated as a result of the fighting.
