Responsibilities
-Owns and manages HR functions and programs, including employee’s training and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, organization charts, personnel records, onboarding, talent attraction and retention, and compensation programs. Collaborates closely with the Management Team.
-Oversees all administrative activities in coordination with Admin Managers including office maintenance, security, safety, cleanness and comfort.
-Manages all local procurement activities in accordance with local purchases procurement procedures.
-Owns the Employee Handbook, and writes/communicates HR policies and procedures in compliance with HR standards and practices. Constantly reviews, recommends and implements improvements to advance HR services and efficiencies.
-Works with HR Director to establish long-range objectives for the organization, partnering with management to identify immediate and long term needs.
-Manages internal communications. Develops talent development programs externally and delivers soft skills trainings and presentations periodically.
-Stays current with human resources best practices, trends, and labor laws. Ensures company adherence to governing laws and regulations.


Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (with an HR focus preferred). PHR or SPHR -certification strongly preferred.

- Required Experience: A minimum of eight years' experience as an HR Generalist, with increasing scope and complex responsibilities, of which at least three years as HR Manager.
Experience supporting a geographically dispersed company.

-Languages: Master of both oral and written English to liaise with relevant stakeholders.
Computer Skills: -Strong skills with MS Office applications. Experience in HRIS is preferred.

-Other Skills: *Ability to promote the corporate culture through a demeanor of professionalism, helpfulness, respect, integrity, teamwork, drive to exceed expectations, and positive energy at all times.
*Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maturity and professionalism.

*Solid business acumen and demonstrated ability to contribute as a business partner to achieve business results.
*Entrepreneurial in nature, detail oriented, hard working, and initiative driven.



Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Managerial: Strong managerial skills to manage, lead and develop the HR team. A passion and a high degree of aptitude for employee development, employee relations, and coaching/mentoring.
- Technical: Well-rounded, hands-on generalist experience managing core HR functions, including talent management, training and development, benefits and compensation, recruiting and staffing, and employee relations.
