Responsibilities
- Assists the HR Manager in recruitment activities, including: contacting recruitment agencies, advertising vacancies, screening candidates, interviewing, contacting references, drafting job offers, and onboarding.
- Responsible for maintaining employees' data and constantly ensuring all records are up to date. Maintains applications, résumés, and applicant logs.
- Provides information by answering employees’ questions; referring employees with special concerns to appropriate person.
- Assists the HR Manager with employees’ performance evaluations and annual appraisals in accordance with company-wide strategies, objectives and budgets.
- Assists HR Manager in developing and updating department policies and procedures.
- Prepares and coordinates all employees’ performances, bonuses, compensations and warnings.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.


Qualifications
-Have a B.S. degree in business or other relevant field with minimum 2 years of general corporate HR experience.
- Have good project management skills and is used to working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well with people is essential.
- Have a dynamic, enthusiastic and winning personality.
