- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions, mobilization and travel arrangements if applicable.
- Serve as a link between our company and the customers by making periodical meetings to handle questions, know the clients needs, interpret and administer contracts and help resolve work-related problems.
- Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Develop performance weekly and monthly reports and present them to clients and management
- Build a quality relationship with the customers and with recruitment agencies.
- Ensure contract legal compliance and basic entitlement (Insurance, national social security, leave, travel, etc.) and monitor labor legislation
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Monitor and maintain performance records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates, etc. and discuss it with concerned parties.
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of company’s client personnel policies and practices.
