Bachelor/ License Degree
o Provides daily specialized curative services at the clinic for pediatric cases.
o Medical consultation including family, medical history and full physical examination and management of acute and chronic conditions for children coming to the clinic.
o Prescription of drugs according to national/international standard treatment protocol
o Provides a referral base at the clinic/s for more severe cases to other specialized facilities.
o Fill standard patient record card for each patient visit, prescribe drug on prescription form.
o Assist in the implementation of the clinic employee orientation programs and training needs of mid-level health staff of the clinic.
o Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in the clinic.
o Other related assignments

o Medical degree , Master degree is required
o Specialist degree in Pediatric.
o Working experience as a Child specialist for at least three years.
o Must show adequate skills for using medical equipment related to Child unit.
o Adequate registration with the medical council and/or authorization to work as a doctor from the MOH, Syria.
o Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
o Ability to relate to and motivate local staff effectively.
o Must be able to take on medical/non-medical responsibilities from time to time to cover for other team members
o Specialist degree in Pediatric.
o Working experience as a Child specialist for at least three years.
