•Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager in developing and strengthening the monitoring & evaluation procedures
•Monitor all projects activities, expenditures and the progress towards achieving the projects various outputs
•Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager in further improving the logical framework of various programs
•Participate in developing the monitoring tools and the impact indicators for the success of the projects
•Produce required reporting on the progress of all projects activities on a monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis
•Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation field staff in developing the Monitoring tools and support the team in implementing them
•Support the post implementation evaluation for the monitoring of the impacts of the projects
•Assist in the preparation in other relevant reports as required
•Act as the focal point for Issues Log and Risk Log for the projects
•Prepare and maintain the Monitoring and Evaluation database
•Perform other duties as required
