Work to be performed per project:
Output 1: Location preliminary assessment
Deliverable 1.1: To draft preliminary assessment report by conducting site visits to any health facilities that WHO is intending to renovate.
Output 2: Engineering study assessment
Deliverable 2.1: To provide the Engineering solicitation documents in coordination with the concerned local parties. The documents shall include relevant drawings, technical specifications and the bill of quantity (BOQ).
Deliverable 2.2: To draft the final approved Engineering solicitation documents needed for raising the invitation to bid (ITB) by coordinating and reviewing with WHO’s Consultancy Firm all aspects of works (structural, civil, architectural, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, data, telephone and any other special systems).
Deliverable 2.3: To update the project BoQ with the actual market cost by conducting market survey when needed.
Output 3: Selection Process
Deliverable 3.1: To provide bid report and recommendations by participating with WHO in the selection of the successful bidder through short listing the qualified contractors, opening of bids and analysing the bids.
Output 4:
Deliverable 4.1: To prepare and submit handing over signed by the contractor, the supervision firm, MOH and himself by endorsing the work completion, according to the tender documents.

- Qualifications required:
Essential: BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering.
- Experience required:
At least 15 years of experience in construction, project management and supervision

1-Operational experience for the electrical and mechanical wells equipment
