Responsibilities
• Conduct Early Childhood Development program sessions to parents/caregivers.
• Supervising the process of applying pre and post wellbeing test, review pre wellbeing test and take notes when needed to detected beneficiaries who’s suffering from psychological issue.
• Carry on educational, awareness activities and support groups for adult.
• Organize therapeutic activities for children with behavior and psychological problem.
• Play a role in giving consultation to refer cases that need individual intervention to the suitable place.
• Maintain, submit and update all data reports to psychosocial coordinator.
• Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed throughout the program.
• Responsible for organizing and keeping the ECD activity items in proper way.
• Responsible for distributing ECD kit to the beneficiaries.
• Responsible for Filing soft and hard copies.
• Other related assignments.

Qualifications
• At least 4 years of university degree in psychological counseling.
• At least 2 year experience specifically in counseling.
• Good in both spoken and written English and Arabic. Knowledge of another language is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, web browsers.
• Additional courses in psychosocial counseling will be an additional asset.
• Good experience working in same field.
• At least one year experience in teaching and training.
• Previous experience in working with psychosocial and/or other social programs with international or locals NGOs is a plus.
• Willingness to work with a diverse team of expatriates and nationals.
• Must show flexibility and be able to adapt to a stressed working environment if required.
• Motivated and organized.
