Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide guidance to the CFS volunteers to ensure that projects’ implementation meet the best practice.
- Support CFS volunteers through the development of a technical working plan aligned with the project goal and objectives.
- Ensure timely and quality implementation of the work plan in coordination with the CFS manager.
- Collaborate with the PSS to guarantee efficient and quality implementation of the project’s activities.
- Preparation of monthly work plan in alignment with SOS SOPs.
- Prepare monthly logistic needs for the activities.
- Follow up with stakeholders for needed training.

Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Organize weekly meeting with stakeholders and institutions to create synergies at local level.
- Follow up with volunteers’ activity plan
- Organize weekly staff meetings in order to analyze strength and difficulties in the activities implementation.
- Conduct evaluation sessions with families, children and volunteers.
- Ensure the referral mechanism system in alignment with SOS standards.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the project’s teams.
- Maintain positive coordination and relationships with institutional partners, INGO and NGO by liaising and collaborating when required.
- Prepare daily attendance sheet for the volunteers.
- Prepare for open days and awareness sessions.

Reporting:
- Prepare technical activity reports on monthly basis.
- Prepare daily beneficiary lists.
- Provide activity report on monthly basis.
- Conduct monthly monitoring and evaluation report.

Qualifications
- Speaking at least two languages: English and Arabic
- Three years experience relevant to the function
- Additional certificate/ training in PSS< child protection
- Experience in working with children & youth
