Responsibilities
Organizes,Coordinate and Motivate customer service team in order to maximize business performance.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensuring schedules and objectives are met.
Providing excellent customer service to the existing freight forwarders.
Communicate with the freight forwarders and evaluate their needs.

Qualifications
Familiar with financial, sales and customer service principles and practices.
Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Excellent command in English.
Ability to manage multiple-tasks

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Coordinate, Monitored and managed all logistic activities at both Damascus and Beirut Airports.
