Responsibilities
Under the overall supervision of FSL Coordinator, lead the implementation of assigned FSL projects (emergency and early recovery), and contribute feeding data and information to develop strategies for FSL interventions in Syria:
- Objective 1: To ensure that the implementing partner successfully implements FSL programs according to organization and humanitarian agreed standards and protocols, as well as to validated plans, budget and time-frames.
- Objective 2: To contribute building the capacity of organization and implementing partner staff according to the needs identified.
- Objective 3: To ensure the efficient and effective management of the staff of assigned projects .
- Objective 4: To contribute developing and implementing FSL strategies and programming in the mission.

Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field.
- At least two years of professional experience in the development or humanitarian field as project manager or similar, preferably in the FSL sector.
- Knowledge of Humanitarian principles.
- Knowledge of FSL in emergency and early recovery.
- Knowledge of The Sphere Project (minimum standards).
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- At least two years of professional experience in the development or humanitarian field as project manager or similar, preferably in the FSL sector.

- Work under pressure with very tight deadlines.
- Management of human resources assigned to the project/projects.
- Ability to travel within Syria and abroad.
- Management of projects, including from remote and in volatile security contexts.
- Knowledge of FSL concepts, programs and indicators.
