Responsibilities
_Experience designing and producing collateral materials, including but not limited to, corporate and social stationery, brochures, posters, publications, reports, web/digital graphics, Power Point presentations, mailings, signage, flyers, and other branded materials.
_Design creative needs to help maintain a weekly production schedule, Candidates should feel comfortable working within tight deadlines and communicating with supervisor and co-workers.
_Assist in brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects and marketing strategies.
_Tell effective visual stories and bring data to life through design.
_Create simple info-graphics and diagrams to illustrate concepts and ideas.
_Attend and report on events and meetings.
_Ensures all materials with Aamal logo adhere to visual brand guidelines and standards.
_Provide high-quality graphic design services, using a wide range of tools effectively and efficiently to communicate our mission and promote our events, programs, and services.
_Understands the importance of the organization's identity and brand
_Write and post content on Aamal’s website and Facebook sites when needed.
_Assists with photo archiving and organizing.
_Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and successfully execute multiple assignments simultaneously.
_Maintains accurate, organized, and centralized files.

Qualifications
_Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Motion graphic and animation skills a plus.
_Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
_Possesses strong skills in page layout, color theory, typography, image/file usage and types, and corporate branding.
_Capable of working well as part of a team and autonomously.
_Knowledge of different print procedures and practices.
_Experience in marketing/communication design for non-profits is a plus.
