Responsibilities
-Responsible for attendance monitoring, processing, justifying and reporting.
-Responsible for Employee personnel files, and all it related documents.
-Assist in creating, updating and maintaining ERP database.
-Prepare, recommend and maintain records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.
-Ensure the proper documentations of any amendment in the organizational chart.
-Assist in evaluating workloads, and in reallocating human resources appropriately and implementing changes in order for the departments to operate efficiently and in a cost effective manner.
-Coordinate with HR team members to provide required assistance in accomplishing projects/ assignments related to personnel, benefits and compensation.
-Coordinate and may participate the awareness sessions of HR policies and programs.
-Perform a full range of administrative support duties of a confidential and challenging nature such as circulars issuance, appointment decrees and other formal letters and correspondence.
-Assist in answering company staff queries related to HR programs and policies.
-Responsible on decrees administration and issuance including decrees' preparation, translation and issuance especially those related to company staff termination, promotion and transfer.
-Understand and interpret company policies and procedures on a wide variety of subjects and try to implement them in daily job duties.



Qualifications
-Bachelor degree , business administration,or related field
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
-Good oral and written English communication skills.
-Good computer skills Office package .
