Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities of the Business Development Assistant Team Support
o Support the Director of Business Development with diary management, arranging meetings and keeping track of priorities.
o Support where needed on a variety of projects and administrative tasks in relation to the running of the Business Development Team, showing a high degree of confidentiality to sensitive information.
o Be flexible and adaptable in support required by the Director of Business Development to provide additional support on all aspects of the team's day to day activities.
 Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, answering the incoming call and forward it.
 Maintain schedules and calendars.
 Arrange and confirm appointments.
 Handle incoming mail and other material.
 Collect information and Maintain databases.
 Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
 Liaison with internal and external contacts.
 Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
 Handle presentations, file sharing and material as per management request
 Handle communication with clients, partners and internal entities as per management request . General BD Contribute to the successful implementation of business development and marketing plans through:
o Support implementation of international initiatives plans under management direction & Support the implementation of specific business development projects and initiatives.
o Support on communications with clients for specific campaigns o Assist with the collation of materials for central projects.

Research Contributing to the collation of the firm's knowledge base through: o Monitor Trade Association websites and bulletins and ensure attendance at key external events including booking places. International support Supporting the reputation and strategy of the firm through: o Project management of internal and external updates & Co-ordination with international and regional offices of partners and join-ventures

Qualifications
- Degree qualified or equivalent level.
- Previous experience of a professional environment.
- Previous business development experience.
- Previous diary management and office administration experience

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong Correspondence skills in English and Arabic, Strong English Speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Basic project management skills.
- Flexible and able to use own initiative.
