Finished or Exempted (For male)

Monitor and supervise the school rehabilitation activities at field level
Monitor and review the overall school rehabilitation materials and equipment movements such as deliveries, storage, transport and utilization at the site level
Ensure and verify the quantity of spare parts, equipment and other school rehabilitation materials are ordered and received, and properly recorded for damage or suspected to be damaged or expired
Ensure quality standards of structural and civil works are upheld in all construction works under the project
Ensure the proper implementation of action plan, review achievements, constraints, lessons learnt and provide feedback
Ensure the reporting system is functional and adherence to reporting timelines
Support monitoring and evaluation activities
Establish and agree on key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals in case of managerial position
Achieve outcome of projects according to Donors conditions and requirements
Ensure adherence to Procedures Manual
Ensure adherence to Internal Rules & Regulations
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the non-disclosure of any information whatsoever relating to the practices and business of the organization, acquired in the course of duty, to any other person or organization without authority, except in the normal execution of duty
Commitment to humanitarian business ethics

Relevant Intermediate Institute - University Degree is a plus
Good command of English Language
Good computer skills
High sense of team spirits
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to visit field locations
Ability to join immediately
