Responsibilities
• Responsible of running warehouse operations in line with IMC polices. In terms of process, documentation and reporting. On timely manner.
• Responsible for materials management (receipt and dispatch) at IMC warehouses, in line with IMC policies.
• Responsible of maintaining standard warehousing conditions (cleanliness, temperature, humidity, segregation, appropriate stocking layout, fire extinguishers, pest control,…)
• Assure that commodities are kept in proper conditions and layout.
• Conduct regular check for commodities. Isolate damaged/ expired commodities. And process replacement/ disposal inline within IMC polices.
• Assist in maintaining the materials losses at the minimum or zero losses.
• Assess the availability of space and prepare stacking/ storage plans prior the IMC materials arrivals.
• Assist in supervising the receipt of all materials arrivals and dispatches.
• Maintain regular maintenance for IMC warehouse.
• Assisting in regular (monthly and annual) materials physical random check/ inventory of the warehouse.
• Prepare loading plans.
• Providing the warehouse manager with regular reports about the status of the warehouse and the stock.
• Issue and follow up Orders for items and services needed for warehouse operations.
• Supervise NFI warehouse assistants
• Perform other related duties are required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years work experience in warehouse management.
- Good computer experience (Microsoft office- Windows)
