Responsibilities
Core purpose of the job:

Manages a team of Representatives and Supervisors in pre-assigned area, also organizes the work and set plans and strategies in order to reach specified sales targets.

Context:

-Ensure a standard quality of work/service.
-Dealing with highly confidential/sensitively data and issues.
-Deal with top-level employees/customers with very high expectations.
-Utilize latest industry and technology tools in emerging market.
-Increasingly competitive telecommunication industry.

Task complexity :

-Monitor the expenses in his/her department.
-Manage and monitor employees requests and attendance.
-Make sure that retail support supervisors and representatives are complying with company sales policies and approaches.
-Set plans and strategies to increase the sales in his/her area.
-Provide assistance and advice to the sales centers in the area.
-Ensure applying company policies related to his/her department.
-Ensure that regular reports related to the market in general and to the rivalry level in specific are sent in order to reach required goals.
-Interview new sales employees when needed.

Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Complexity :
-Facilitate, Train, develop and provide orientation for new and current staff.
-Monitor employees regarding their compliance with the internal company policies.
-Control employees leaves, attendance
-Evaluate/ Monitor employees performance.
-Manage the conflicting requirements.

Role complexity:
-Plan and carry out sequential projects while considering contingencies and alternatives.

Creativity:
- Productive creativity: where ingenuity is displayed with materials, methods, and techniques / exploring different ways of using familiar tools and mediums.

Authorities :
-Deal with specified resources based on the work needs.


Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor (B.Sc.) Specialization : Marketing or Business Administration
MBA Specialization Marketing

Experience:
5 - 10 Years' of related work experience

Knowledge :
-Data Analysis
-Products Knowledge relevant for the GSM industry and MTN products and services.

-Languages : Fluent English and Arabic
-Spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel)
-Word Processing (Microsoft Word)
