Responsibilities
•Follow up on matters related to the Protection and Quality Education projects and programs
•Assist in setting up the plan and the overall framework of the Protection and Quality Education activities
•Supervise the work of the Protection and Quality Education field staff, provide guidance and technical support, and coordinate the preparation of related and required reports
•Assist in developing and strengthening the activities implementation’ procedures
•Monitor project activities, expenditure and progress towards achieving the project outputs
•Assist to further improve the logical framework for related projects
•Participate in developing the planning of future projects in light of the ‘lessons learnt’ to ensure success of the planned projects
•Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress data on project activities
•Assist and supervise the field staff and support them to solve the issues faced during the implementation of the activities
•Act as focal point for Issues Log and Risk Log for the projects
•Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
• Intermediate Institute - University Degree is a Plus
•Strong command of English Language both written and spoken
•Previous experience in the humanitarian field and with INGOs is a PLUS

•Very good computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point

•Demonstrated ability in report writing and presentation skills
•Ability to undertake regular field visits
•Good communication skills to effectively interact internally, with different stakeholders, and among diverse environment
•Good sense of diversity and ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
