Responsibilities
•Monitor and supervise the Shelter activities at field level
•Monitor and review the overall Shelter materials and equipment movements such as deliveries, storage, transport and utilization at the site level
•Ensure and verify the quantity of equipment and materials are ordered and received, and properly recorded for damage or suspected to be damaged or expired
•Ensure quality standards of structural and civil works are upheld in all construction works under the project
•Ensure the proper implementation of action plan, review achievements, constraints, lessons learnt and provide feedback
•Ensure the reporting system is functional and adherence to reporting timelines
•Support monitoring and evaluation activities
•Establish and agree on key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals – in case of managerial position
•Achieve outcome of SIF projects according to Donors conditions and requirements
•Ensure adherence to SIF Procedures Manual
•Ensure adherence to SIF Internal Rules & Regulations
•Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
•Maintain confidentiality and ensure the non-disclosure of any information whatsoever relating to the practices and business of SIF, acquired in the course of duty, to any other person or organization without authority, except in the normal execution of duty
•Commitment to humanitarian business ethics

Qualifications
University Degree - Engineering (Civil or Architect)
Civil Engineer is a PLUS
Solid practical experience in the field of construction and school rehabilitation
Strong command of English Language for business usage and reporting
Previous experience with INGOs in the field of construction and school rehabilitation is a PLUS
Civil Engineer is a PLUS
