Responsibilities
o Maintain and implementation of monitoring and evaluation unit, which includes: developing project log frames, developing plans, designing monitoring and reporting tools, templates and guidelines; guiding and overseeing the development of databases and ensuring that all projects key performance indicators are monitored and reported;
o Support the establishment of baseline data for projects, especially at the beginning of the projects implementation.
o Provide support for analyzing monitoring and project reporting
o Support the establishment of frameworks for regular monitoring of all Syria project activities which includes ensuring, result, process and impact/outcome monitoring is undertaken and reported
o Ensure that data on program beneficiaries, processes, progress and performance are effectively collected, entered, analyzed and documented, in a way to inform timely decision making and the adoption of sound corrective measures.
o implementing and maintaining the country monitoring and evaluation methodology will oversee the projects plans in Syria, including the design and roll out of data collection tools, staff training, data analysis and the production of reports in collaboration with the projects Officers.
o Oversee the successful implementation of the plans throughout the program cycle. Supervise the accuracy of projects reports and will finalize reports and proposals in collaboration with the program officer.
o Perform any other duties as required.


Qualifications
Bachelor degree relevant experience in the same domain for 2 years.
Humanitarian experience in NGO or INGO.
Good English skills ( reading - writing - comprehension ).
Good computer skills.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
o Minimum 2 years experience working in similar position
o Master degree in economic or any relevant education
o Knowledge of and experience in monitoring and evaluation of all programs
o Excellent analytical skills and the ability to summarize information
o Professional knowledge in English writing and reading,
o Professional computer skills
