Responsibilities
Updates and maintains customer payments made through Cash, check, or wire transfer and ensuring all payments have been recorded.
Researches and solves payment discrepancies, and Prepares, reviews and initiates action on aging reports.
Communicates with customers regarding inquiries, maintains archive of customer agreements.
verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
Maintain listing of accounts receivable.
Any other duties as required within position scope.
Participating in Implementation & development of quality management system.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field , Master degree is an advantage .
- Very good Knowledge in accounting function such as concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to access, operate and maintain various software applications.
- At least (3) years experience in accounting
- Good Computer Skills.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
