Responsibilities
Venture international (Business Consulting and Training services firm) is looking for a Project Coordinator for one of its training projects in Aleppo.
• Act as a focal point for coordination with the client and Venture local partners in Aleppo.
• Follow up on the implementation of the project plan in close coordination with the project manager.
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information flow as per the project plan.
• Assumes quality control activities over work executed by project-subcontractors.
• Working to maintain all needed project requirements
• Coordinate meetings and field visits
• Deliver progress reports to the project manager as per the agreed upon communication plan.
• Assist in resources recruitment for the project.
Job Type: (Full time – 5 Months Project)

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business administration or in related field.
- Previous experience in training projects is a plus.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Working experience with NGOs, INGOS, and UN agencies is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Very good command of English and Arabic languages.
