- Conduct comprehensive bio psychosocial assessment for referred IMC staff or SARC volunteers.
- Provide psychological therapy for IMC staff and SARC volunteers as per self – referral or as per referral from self – care facilitators. which include the below :
• Supportive listening for those who have witnessed or experienced traumatic and difficult events.
• Anxiety and stress reduction techniques.
• Depression management.
• Crisis intervention.
• Various psycho -educational group therapies.
• Healthy lifestyle habits.
- Facilitate support group sessions for IMC staff in need, including IMC technical focal points and Master trainers.
- Prepare monthly reports according to IMC format taking in consideration the confidentially.
- Refer cases that need more specialized intervention to IMC psychiatrist.

• Diploma or Master in clinical psychology or psychological counseling.
• Have finished formation and training on specific therapeutic technique.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Psychological therapy.
• Previous experience in humanitarian work is an advance.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written in English is an advance.
