Core Purpose of The Job:

To integrate the human resource function with business activities to provide value to the customer as well as leading and participating as required in HR working groups involved in the development, promotion, implementation and raising awareness of HR policies and procedures. As well as responsible of Managing and controlling attendance and leaves also managing all insurance related aspects.

Task Complexity:

Participate in the strategic planning to help the business meet present and future goals, by providing input gathered from the partnership meetings and the continuous interaction between partners and divisions; management.
Seek to add value to the company by offering advice and assistance to all new and current employees.
Involve in multiple aspects of the business, including production statistics, employee data status and other projections.
Incorporate in the process of having presentations, demos and orientation regarding HR policies and practices to all company staff in order to achieve the most productive outcome.
Conduct adequate communication about HR Business Partnering with line managers of all divisions, though the scheduled quarterly meetings and whenever there is business need.
Explain HR role in the Business Partnering in the most efficient manner.
Follow several steps in order for the HR Team and managers to adapt to the new principles of co-operation with Human Resources to better serve employees needs.
Establish effective communication channels with concerned line managers/ partners in order to increase efficiency of the performance of the HR Team and the whole organization.
Manage and control the knowledge trip project.
Mange, monitor and control all company employees attendance and leave through attendance system and HRIS leave management system.
Escalate attendance and leave related violations to employee relations section.
Providing the necessary requested reports.
Insure the proper Follow up of employees requests and the reply to their inquiries and complaints on a timely manner (HR help-desk, emails).
Manage the Employees medical, life and PA insurance policy and participating in the yearly tendering process.


Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration - Specialization in Human Resources or Business Administration
Extra: MBA or Masters in Human Resources

Minimum of 3 - 5 Years' of related work experience at a supervisory level
Preferred 5 - 10 Years' of related work experience

Knowledge of English and MS Office tools.
