•Excellent computer skills, including Excel.
•Relevant experience in business development, life skills, and Employability skills training.
•Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage and inspire recipients.
•Knowledge of interactive and participatory training methodologies.
•Good communication and mentoring skills.
•Familiarity with the local context and cultural nuances.
•Fluency in Arabic – Advanced English is an asset.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
The business Mentor and coach will work under the supervision of the Livelihood Project Officer at CS and will be guiding the beneficiaries of the livelihood activities. He/She will be responsible for conducting job counselling, coaching, and training activities. He/She will help prepare beneficiaries to think through their motivations for their own business, and their expectations from the Market, and accompany them through the business application phase through counselling and motivational tools.
