Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise the Rehabilitation & WASH activities at field level.
-Monitor and review the overall Rehabilitation & WASH materials and equipment movements such as deliveries, storage, transport and utilization at the site level.
-Ensure and verify the quantity of equipment and materials are ordered and received, and properly recorded for damage or suspected to be damaged or expired.
-Ensure quality standards of structural and civil works are upheld in all project sites.
-Ensure the proper implementation of action plan, review achievements, constraints, and lessons learnt and provide feedback.
-Ensure reporting timelines are met.
-Report on the running activities in the implementation areas after site visits.
-Prepare for handing over process and follow up the handing over with the local authorities.
-Coordinate with supervision committee to ensure all project activities done as per project’s standards and specification.
-Organize and lead on conducting technical surveys, questionnaires or assessments as required.
-Coordinate and meet local authority representatives (site level) to insure adapt project’s activities as per Government’s regulations.
-Coordinate with various staff at field level on planning and implementing program activities.
-Ensure project documents are properly filed and kept secured.
-Act responsibly and communicates respectfully with beneficiaries to give a clear and accurate information about beneficiaries.
-Conduct filed visits to the projects site on daily basis.
-Participate in the field work and respond to beneficiaries’ queries and feedback to line manager.
-Ensure respect of security rules and report immediately to the Field Coordinator and Security F.P.
-Identification and referrals of needs and potential new beneficiaries to the line manager.
-Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
Education:
DAE in Civil Engineering or any other relevant position of study. 
Expertise in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene promotion.
-Experience:
Minimum of 03 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position in NGOs/INGOs/UN Agencies. Knowledge of surrounding areas and local context in WASH in an emergency is desired. 

-Competencies:
Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced fluid environment.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build the link with staff, partners, government officials, donors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Creative and flexible with problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated professionalism and diplomacy.
Ability to confidently represent oneself to high-level officials.

-Technical Skills:
Confident and proficient in using MS Office, proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
