Responsibilities
Ensure having database systems in their best possible situation.
Ensure securing related data by efficient ways and plans.
Ensure efficient resource consumption.
Ensure rapid response for any related incident and provide needed reports.
Prepare progress reporting and other statistical reports.
Ensure working on team skills development.
Train, develop and provide orientation, guidance and knowledge for new and current staff.
Participate in recruiting and hiring the new DB staff.
Apply the best practices in managing the company different databases.
Set and meet different database management KPIs.
Analyze recurring problems and make recommendations for improvements to operational procedures.
Support DBA team in any CR onsite or remotely
Provide any technical assessment or consultation report that request by line manager
Consult the IT Projects that are related to the database unit.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree ; Computer Engineering or Information Technology
