Responsibilities
The consultant will be responsible for:
Assessment and Planning:
1.Conducting initial assessments to determine the English proficiency levels of employees.
2.Developing individualized learning plans based on assessment results.
3.Setting measurable learning objectives for Employees.
Instruction:
1.Delivering English language lessons that incorporate Arabic explanations and support when necessary.
2.Using a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles.
3.Focusing on key areas such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
Resource Development:
1.Creating or sourcing teaching materials that are culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate.
2.Developing supplementary resources such as worksheets, audio-visual aids exercises.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
1.Regularly assessing employee progress through tests, quizzes, and other evaluative methods.
2.Providing constructive feedback to employees to help them improve.
3.Adjusting teaching strategies based on employee performance and feedback.
_Initial assessment reports and individualized learning plans for employee.
_A weekly teaching schedule and lesson plans.
_End of Training progress reports detailing improvements and challenges.
_Final report summarizing the consultancy achievements, progress, and recommendations for future actions.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
SIF-Syria mission is seeking the services of a qualified English teacher who is also proficient in Arabic, for the five governorates SIF Syria offices (Damascus, Lattakia, Aleppo, Homs, Hama).
The consultant will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to non-native speakers, with a focus on improving their proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension. The integration of Arabic language support will be essential for effective communication and to facilitate learning for Arabic-speaking Employees.
The consultancy is scheduled to last for a duration of one (1) month, with sessions occurring three times per week.
