Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with tracking project execution, resources, and progress through detailed reports.
- Maintain and organize delivery notes, ensuring accurate records of project milestones and deliveries.
- Prepare and arrange Excel reports, including executive summaries and detailed progress reports.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all project data, reports, and documents are consistently updated.
- Help monitor project cost control and assist in tracking financial aspects of the projects.
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining and updating project plans to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth project operations.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
- An engineering background (university degree or diploma from an intermediate institute).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Good command of the English language.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience in project coordination, particularly in a technical or engineering environment, is a plus.
- Familiarity with low current systems (preferred but not required).
