Responsibilities
Scope of the work:
Training Coordinators provide administrative and logistical support to the stakeholders. They play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs by assisting with various tasks such as coordinating logistics, managing training materials, and maintaining training records. The Training Assistant works closely with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure the training process is efficient and effective.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Collaborating with training stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of training courses, including the preparation of training equipment, attendance sheets, training folders, break areas, and training rooms.
2.Assist in preparing training-related communications, such as announcements, reminders, and follow-up emails, ensuring clear and timely information dissemination.
3.Working with the reception team to communicate with candidates and facilitate their enrollment in training programs
4.Monitor participant attendance, track completion rates, and maintain training records
5.Provide timely responses to participant inquiries and assist with registration processes
6.Manage participant registrations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
7.Prepare reports for management, providing the necessary information in a clear and concise manner
