Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of WASH Manager to assess the emergency and longer-term WASH needs in affected areas, draft and review assessment tools, provide precise data on the needs and targeted population, drafts need assessment reports and proposes actions according to the finding of the assessment.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

- Responsible for all administrative and logistic daily work; collect data, prepare relevant reports and handle all financial issues.
- Draft and review bills of quantity BoQs and Book of conditions BoCs for any project.
- Prepare tender documents, ensure are reviewed and approved by the WASH Manager related to any project.
- Maintain filing and archiving system for program related documents, and correspondences, PRs, etc.
- Inform and raise flags to the line manager about any changes expected in the activities (quality/quantity/time/cost/safety incidents cases etc.).
- Identify technical resources needed to complete the assigned scope of work with coordination of WASH Manager.
- Ensure that all activities and sub activities take into consideration the specific needs of IMC regulations as well as Donors request.
- Coordinates with specialized department and line manager to ensure that the environment of work, dealing with beneficiaries, communications methods, gathering information process and field daily work are all prepared to avoid breakthrough of safeguarding of all stakeholders of the technical projects.
- Review the work done, quality, and ensure the technical project stays within assigned schedule and cost targets.
- Liaise with logistics department, in preparing all paperwork related to purchase requests.
- Review and track payments, prepare technical and completion reports of the activities. Follow up payments and other related required documents when there is a need.
- Undertake any other tasks that might be delegated by WASH Manager within the scope of WASH Program.
- Coordinate with WASH team, collect and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and 4W.
- Carry out any other assignments that could be delegated by the WASH Manager, due to the need (Boreholes – solar system – WASH facilities at school – health center – water and sanitation system …. etc.)
- Conduct field visits, technical meetings, stakeholders’ meetings.
- Follow up and ensure the implementation is according to the technical specifications and time plan, and report to the WASH manager for any incompliance case, challenges and changes.
- Perform any other related tasks required from The Direct Supervisor.

Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical engineering. Preferably Significant relevant years of experience working in INGO or NGO.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of practical experience in water and/or sectors.
- Strong English and Arabic skills, written and spoken. Ability to write reports in English is required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
