Education / Qualifications:
University degree in social sciences represents a strong advantage.
Experience:
- Good skills in working with children, preferably at least one year of experience.
- Experience in working with vulnerable groups represents a strong advantage.
- Ability to observe well and to identify more withdrawn children who do not make friends and to involve them in activities.
- Capacity to ability to carry out interactive activities with children of all ages.
- Experience working in psychosocial support activities with children.
Ability to advise others Capacity to establish relations with a range of ages for children and youth.
- Communication skills and learning availability
Enthusiasm, energy.
Language:
Arabic Speaker and have some English skills.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
This role requires a mastery of Personal, Social and Leadership Competencies (PSLC), Technical and Methodological Competencies (TMC) and Management and Strategic Competencies (MSC):

2. Adapts communication to an intercultural environment PSLC.
3. Knows and respects the rules and processes of the different domains concerning ones activity TMC.
4. Shows flexibility, availability and adaptability PSLC.
5. Responds to interlocutors in a constructive way PSLC.
