Qualifications
- *Required experience: at least 3 years’ experience in field work.
- *Required Academic background: University degree (Faculty of law or/and social science are preferable or any similar academic specialization).
- *Good command of both Arabic and English

Specific Vacancy Requirements
*Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze diverse and complex information from a wide range of sources to make analytical statements to inform decision-making.

*Very good report writing skills.

*Capacity to work in an emergency context under stressful conditions and strict deadlines.

*Strong communication and networking skills, including the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams as well as establishing and maintaining close working relationships with a variety of implementing partners and counterparts at different levels.

*Good computer skills, including experience with various software applications.


Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Commitment to use Oxfam formats in the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Commitment to the Code of Conduct.
- Ensure Gender equality in the implementation of Oxfam projects.
- Inform Safety Officer with all planned and unplanned field visits, movements, and travel; and ensure full adherence to Safety and Security procedures.
- Report immediately on any suspicious acts or incidents, including field incidents, to the line manager and Safety Officer in Oxfam Office.
- The above list is not exhaustive, nor exclusive. You may be required to take other responsibilities and tasks in the context of your job by the line manager.
- Organize raising awareness sessions/ trainings for Oxfam partners on Oxfam 3 safe guarding policies.
