Responsibilities
Meeting the Corporate Segment P&L, subscribers and growth targets.
Planning and administration of the Corporate segment’s operating budget.
Define the Corporate segment’s market inputs & assumptions for the company’s budget, P&L and marketing plan. As well as defining the Corporate segment’s related strategies and actions to be integrated with the company’s business plan.
Ensure that the customer experience strategies and the retention and loyalty strategies are aligned to the marketing strategy across all segments and identify new opportunities for enhancing customer experience and customer loyalty.
Align with Commercial entities (Marketing, Sales and Customer Care) to ensure implementing proper approaches towards Corporate in alignment with the overall commercial strategy of the company.
Manage the pricing portfolio of all Corporate-related products (Tariff Plans, Bundles, Services) and approve the design and launching aspects of all Corporate products and services.
Monitor the ongoing performance of all implemented Corporate experiences and loyalty programs and take initiatives for improvement to boost sales and profitability.
Work with cross functional members to further define the concept, target segment, needs and leveraging opportunities as well as factors which need to be researched in depth.
Lead the development of channel strategy and channel profitability models.
Set and optimize proper processes for Corporate products’ lifecycle management.
Engage effectively in the annual business plan process.
