Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the sales department by setting targets and measuring employee performance
- Based on Demand, determine strength of advertising and promos
- Maintain customer relationships to build repeat business and support long-term sales growth.
- Hire, coach and train sales representatives to maintain high sales standards.
- Collect and analyze sales statistics and prepare reports for the upper management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English required.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
- Strong ability to close sales and coach others to do the same.
- Demonstrate administrative, organizational, and people management skills.
